Several months into her role as Crozier’s Head of Global Art Fairs and Events, Rebecca Barrett is bringing strategic leadership and more than two decades of experience across auction houses and international fine art logistics to one of our company’s most dynamic business segments.
Drawing on her extensive industry knowledge, Rebecca is focused on strengthening Crozier’s global art fair presence and enhancing how we plan and deliver complex projects worldwide. Her appointment reflects our continued investment in providing galleries, collectors, artists, and art fair organizers with elevated service and vital support during some of our industry’s most important moments.
We spoke with Rebecca about what drew her to Crozier, her vision for the client experience, and the opportunities emerging across the international art fair landscape.
Q: After more than two decades working across auction houses and international fine art logistics, what drew you to Crozier?
RB: Crozier’s reputation, international reach, and depth of expertise were all compelling to me. Having worked in both the hospitality industry and in logistics, I understand how important it is to have a partner that combines technical excellence with a genuine understanding of the client’s needs. I saw an opportunity to bring my experience to an organization that is continuing to invest in its global art fair capabilities while helping clients navigate an increasingly complex landscape. I love the challenge of delivering on all fronts with goals to deliver the highest standards in care—both in operational execution and client service.
Q: What opportunities do you see to strengthen Crozier’s global art fair strategy and elevate the client experience?
RB: There is a meaningful opportunity to create an even more connected and consistent experience for clients across international fairs. That begins with engaging early, understanding each client’s objectives, and bringing together the right expertise across our global teams. Art fairs move quickly, and requirements can change at any moment. Our role is to anticipate those needs, simplify the process, and provide clients with confidence throughout every stage of the process, from planning to on-site services and return shipping.
Q: As the global art fair landscape evolves, which developments do you believe will have the greatest impact on galleries and fair organizers?
RB: Galleries and organizers are balancing a growing number of considerations, from rising costs and tighter timelines to sustainability goals and changing collector behavior. I believe this will place greater emphasis on the need for thoughtful planning, consolidated services, and more efficient ways of working. Logistics providers will increasingly need to act as strategic partners, offering flexibility, clear communication, and solutions tailored to the needs of each fair and exhibitor. The strongest partnerships will be those built on collaboration and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional experience.
